Application for Certification

You may apply for Management System, Environmental Compliance, Health and Safety or Responsible Care® Certification on-line by filling out the On-Line Application.

Fee: $245.00 Certification Application fee per program PLUS $150.00 Annual Certification fee. The $245 Certification Application fee is nonrefundable.

Credit Card Payment: The information you send about your credit card by using the on-line application is sent directly to BEAC. This information is NOT encrypted. If you are concerned about this, please print the form and fax it to BEAC. Fax to Customer Service: (407) 830-7495.

Other Payment: Print the form and mail it with a check in US dollars, payable to the BEAC. For checks drawn on banks outside the U.S. and Canada, add $30 bank collection charge. For wire transfers, add $15 transfer free.

Upon receipt of application and payment, BEAC will send a Certification Packet containing guidelines for submission of documentation of qualifications.

NOTE: Your application to BEAC does not automatically register you to take the BEAC examination. You must register for the BEAC exam by completing the Exam Registration Form. If you do not pre-register for the exam, you will not be allowed to sit for the examination. The exam fee is included in the application fee.
